  • We are always taking new clients at the Willow!

    In preparation for your appointment, we will ask for pictures of your current hair & any inspiration pictures you may have to help us book the correct services!

  • We require a 48 hour notice for cancellation. When booking any services, we require putting a card on file. In the event of a cancellation within the 48 hour window, we will charge the card on file 50% of the service you were booked for.

  • There are several off street parking spaces in front of the salon facing Broad st!

  • Unfortunately we do not do accept returns on retail items. However, we are happy to exchange it for a different product within 2 weeks of purchase!

  • Everything at the Willow is a la carte! We do this because every color service is custom to each client and their personal hair goals!

    If you have a specific budget, let us know and we can help figure out what services would work best within your price range!
